Exchange and return period

You may exchange or return an item within 1–2 days of purchase or receipt of the order. The period starts from the moment you actually receive the item.

Items from the Basics, homewear, swimwear and underwear categories CANNOT be exchanged or returned.

Condition of the item

For an exchange or return to be possible, the item must meet the following conditions:

• its appearance and shape are preserved;
• labels, tags, packaging and other components are intact;
• no foreign odours, stains or damage that occurred after purchase;
• the item has not been misused and has not undergone chemical or mechanical treatment.

Return procedure

To return an item, fill in the return form included in the parcel or use its electronic version. The form contains information about the item, the reason for the return and your contact details.

Refunds

Once the seller has received and inspected the item, the refund is made within 7–10 business days.

Please note: refunds are made only after it is confirmed that the item meets all condition requirements. If the return conditions are not met, the money is not refunded.

Exchanges

Items are exchanged for a similar item if the size, colour or style you want is available. If it is not available, you can request a refund.

Legal basis

Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” and current Ukrainian legislation.

Additional tips

For a quick return we recommend:

• checking the contents and condition of the item at the post office or right after receipt;
• keeping the packaging and tags until the check is complete;
• contacting the brand’s managers with any questions.
