Public offer

1. General provisions

This Public Offer (the “Offer”) is the official proposal of the sole proprietor [Full name of the sole proprietor] (tax ID [tax ID], the “Seller”) to conclude a distance sale agreement for IDOL products via the website idolest2024.com (the “Website”).

The Offer is addressed to any individual (the “Buyer”) and is a public contract under Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

Placing an order on the Website means full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer by the Buyer.

The Seller may amend the Offer. Changes take effect upon publication of the new version on the Website and do not apply to orders placed earlier.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Seller undertakes to transfer to the Buyer the products presented on the Website (IDOL clothing and swimwear, gift cards), and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept them under this Offer.

Description, photos, composition, sizes and availability are stated on each product page. Colours in photos may differ slightly from the actual product depending on screen settings.

3. Placing an order

The Buyer selects a product, colour and size, adds it to the bag and places an order with their first and last name, phone, email, delivery and payment method.

After the order is placed, the Seller’s manager contacts the Buyer to confirm it. The agreement is concluded upon such confirmation.

If the selected item or size is unavailable, the Seller informs the Buyer and offers a replacement or refunds any payment received.

The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.

4. Prices and payment

Prices on the Website are in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH). Conversion to euro or US dollars is for reference only; payment is made in UAH [or in another currency by agreement].

The price is fixed at the time of ordering. Shipping is not included in the product price.

Payment methods for orders within Ukraine:

• full online payment at checkout
• cash on delivery with a 300 UAH deposit (deposit details are sent by SMS after ordering; if the deposit is not paid within 24 hours, the order is cancelled automatically)

If the Buyer refuses to collect the order, the deposit is non-refundable, as it covers logistics, packaging and processing costs.

International delivery is only available with full payment for the goods and shipping.

5. Delivery

Delivery within Ukraine is made by Nova Poshta within 2–14 business days from the order.

Shipping is charged at the carrier’s rates and paid by the Buyer. After dispatch the Buyer receives a tracking number.

International delivery is available worldwide (except aggressor countries) via Ukrposhta or Nova Poshta, at the carrier’s rates paid in full by the Buyer. Delivery times depend on the distance. Once the parcel crosses the border, the Buyer tracks it using the tracking number; if a parcel is lost, the carrier is responsible.

The Buyer must inspect the parcel at the carrier’s branch upon receipt.

6. Exchanges and returns

Exchanges and returns are accepted within 1–2 days of actual receipt, provided the item’s appearance, labels, tags and packaging are intact — as described on the “Exchanges & returns” page and under the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”.

Basics, homewear, swimwear and underwear cannot be exchanged or returned.

Shipping costs for exchanges and returns are paid by [the Buyer / the Seller]. Refunds are made within 7–10 business days after the item is received and inspected.

Defective items are replaced or refunded in accordance with the law.

International orders cannot be returned.

7. Gift cards

A gift card entitles its holder to buy IDOL products for its face value. Validity: [—].

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. If the order costs more than the face value, the Buyer pays the difference [terms for remaining balance — to be confirmed].

8. Liability

The parties are liable for failure to perform their obligations under this Offer and the laws of Ukraine.

The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by the carrier or for consequences of incorrect data provided by the Buyer.

Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
