Delivery & payment

Delivery within Ukraine

We deliver across Ukraine within 2–14 business days from the moment the order is placed.

Parcels are shipped by Nova Poshta.

To check the estimated delivery date or product availability, please contact our managers via Instagram Direct @idol.est.2024 or by phone +380 (77) 655 82 01.

Payment

We offer two payment options:

1) Full online payment (made at checkout on the website via convenient online payment services)

2) Cash on delivery with a 300 UAH deposit (after placing the order you will receive an SMS with the details for the deposit).

Important: if the deposit is not paid within 24 hours, the order is cancelled automatically.

If you refuse to collect the order, the deposit is non-refundable, as it covers logistics, packaging and order processing costs.

International delivery

We ship worldwide (except aggressor countries) via Ukrposhta or Nova Poshta.

Delivery times depend on the distance to the country.

Once the parcel crosses the border we cannot track it — you can check the shipment status yourself using the tracking number.

International delivery is only available with full payment for the goods and shipping (according to the carrier’s rates).

Please note: if a parcel is lost by the postal service, the carrier is responsible for it.
